Relaxation & Exercise

Practice slow, deep breathing (inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6) for 5–10 minutes a day. Doing this consistently can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress and blood pressure.

Aim for 30 minutes of brisk walking at least 5 days a week. This moderate aerobic exercise can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure by improving heart health and circulation.
